Today is Taco’s birthday! Abby (a.k.a. Taco) and I formed a lot of our friendship years ago over Mexican dates at O’Malley McGee’s in Ames. (Isn’t that why we call eachother, Taco, Abby?) So….the obvious “card” to send to Abby this year was a felt taco. The “shell” is just two pieces of felt sewn into a hard-shell shape, and filled with felt taco “fillings”. I used a glassine bag, baker’s twine, and a printed sticker to package her taco. I love you Abby!!!
